Dr. Daniel Piccillo is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based chiropractor with a doctor of chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. His clinical focus includes chiropractic medicine, workplace injuries, sports injuries, and auto injury rehabilitation. Dr. Daniel Piccillo’s professional career has involved roles with a variety of institutions.
Previously, Dr. Piccillo served at the Community College of Philadelphia in several capacities, including adjunct professor of biology and visiting lecturer in allied health. In these roles, he directed student achievement through lectures and clinical skill courses. He also designed and implemented an engaging curriculum and maintained student records. Moreover, he was a member of the College Health and Safety Committee.
Dr. Piccillo completed clinical training at multiple sites throughout New York. At the Rochester VA Medical Center, he provided chiropractic services during a 40-hour rotation, successfully managing complex cases for veterans experiencing chronic pain, PTSD, and comorbidities. He also interned at Monroe Community Hospital, a long-term care facility where he treated individuals with chronic illnesses.
Additionally, he trained at the Seneca Falls Student Health Center in New York Chiropractic College as a chiropractic intern. This rotation gave him experience in patient examination, diagnosis, and treatment under supervision. He also focused on professional communication with patients and families about health care practices.
Dr. Daniel Piccillo maintains professional affiliations with groups such as the American Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association, the American Heart Association, and the American Chiropractic Association. He is also an Eagle Scout and a loving father.
